What data we collect, and why
If you visit our site: depending on your cookie choices, we may collect basic technical data (like your IP address and which pages you visit), analytics data, and advertising data. See Cookies below.
If you contact us: we collect what you send us — name, company, email, and your message — to reply and discuss our services.
If we email or message you as part of an outreach campaign: we collect basic work contact info (name, job title, company, work email, LinkedIn) sourced from public sources and business databases, so we can reach out about a service relevant to your role. Every message includes an easy way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests immediately.
If you click a link in one of our outreach emails: that link carries a token unique to you. When the page opens, we record that the link was opened, along with the time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and window size. We use this only to tell a real click apart from an automated security scanner, and to know which recipients found the message relevant enough to look. No cookies are set on those pages, and we do not use this data to build a profile, to advertise to you, or to track you across other websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding whether our own outreach is read; you can object at any time using the contact details below, or by opting out of the emails.
International transfers
Some of the tools we use (e.g. Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, they operate under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep data
We keep contact and outreach data only as long as reasonably needed, and delete it sooner if you opt out. Analytics data is kept according to the relevant tool's default settings.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or stop us using your data at any time — including an absolute right to opt out of outreach/marketing. Email info@lukewarm.agency and we'll handle it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Lithuania's data protection authority (VDAI).

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we handle, including access controls and encrypted connections.
